But nothing reveals its glory like a descent from above; a glimmering jewel perched atop Laaki falls. Part fortress, part palace, Lionskeep harbors the worlds most extensive library, making it a destination for scholars and philosophers from lands near and far. Its as safe a place as any in this world, Echo, and your keen mind will find many kindred spirits there."

edit 3: ! Very appreciative and humbled by the DD, and so glad that its for a piece with my own characters and story (still very much in the works at this point). Daily Deviation

The Approach to Lionskeep by *Mahasiddha is an idea full of imagination and executed fantastically with an excellent handling of a difficult perspective and great colours it's a great piece!

Brilliant! The playful curves relate a fantastic sense of wonder and fantasy. The colors are clean and crisp with slightly dulled ambient shadows lending to the airy feel of the work. The perspective is breathtaking. The ratio of space to solid object is excellent for giving the sense of flight.

I feel the work could be improved by adding more features to the waterfall on the left side of the library or perhaps messing with the color. Right now I feel at first glance it’s confusing and I don't think you intended that. The waterfall seems like it is part of the sky making a smaller base on the library. Also the aria between the green platform and the front of the libraries base doesn't look like clouds in the shadow of the platform.

Overall this is an outstanding work, certainly worth a Daily Divination.

I love the perspective work! I wish I could do that! The oriental touch to the buildings is awesome. (I love visiting temples and such) And the shading and solidness of the colors makes Lionskeep seem almost real enough to touch!

Thanks. I'm a practitioner of Tibetan Buddhism (Karme Kagyu), so I have an obvious fondness for temples.
