Description
Still plugging away at this guy's design. I've started to go more towards a kind of inscrutable look, just because that's what I find creepier (as opposed to overtly vicious or angry looking). And I think it works well with context clues, like; birds that fly to near him fall dead from the sky. Really twisted stuff. Anyway, love the feedback, as always; what creeps *you* out?

Overall
Vision Originality Technique ImpactFirst impression is; "Yo this guy is a baddy." Lol but nice design concept.
I like his eyebrows, gives him that slight devious and mysterious vibe.
His outfit is also nice, it compliments his look and nice job going with a bald head. I think hair would've taken away from the intensity of his facial expressions.
I do think there's too much green. Perhaps add another color or too. One solid color is a bit much. Even though the cape and shoes are a different shade. Maybe add some gray or brown to compliment the green.
Or go with the bluish/purple like color I see in the head shot to the left. That color fits him more in that shot.
